Welcome to the New Jersey Road Runners Club!
The club runs the scenic roads and trails of Middletown and Atlantic Highlands in Monmouth County NJ. All paces and distances are welcome!
Welcome from Club President Peter Kelly:
Famed running guru, Dr. George Sheehan once said, “For every runner who tours the world running marathons, there are thousands who run to hear the leaves and listen to the rain, and look to the day when it is suddenly as easy as a bird in flight.”
At the New Jersey Road Runners Club our runners come in all shapes and sizes. The runner who is training for a PR at the Boston Marathon, the runner who wants to complete their first 5K, or the runner who just enjoys a nice, easy run. We have a number of courses to choose from, whether it is running the rolling hills of Cooper Road or the quiet tree lined path of the Henry Hudson Trail. We offer a place where all runners can come to enjoy a shared passion, camaraderie, a few laughs and maybe a cup of coffee and bagel after a hard workout or an easy run. We have something for everyone.
Come join us!
